You'd think Monica Lewinsky would have learned to stay away from cigars by now. The portly pepperpot was spotted outside a new smoke shop, OK Cigars, on West Broadway the other day. Suddenly, two eager photogs moved in to snap some pictures of her outside the store, blocking Lewinsky's path on the sidewalk. As she tried to push past the lensmen, she became angry and emotional. Luckily, downtown performance artist Galinsky was walking by and came to her aid. Galinsky pulled the tubby temptress down to Thompson Street and put her in a cab.
